Tenants

Easily view the tenants of your property and see their individual data such as their transactions, violations, and emergency contacts. The tenants module provides you an easy access to view your contract period of all tenants.

Past tenants can be seen in the Inactive Tenants portion at the bottom of the page.

View specific tenant details

To view details such as past transactions, violations, or general any general information of your tenant, click on the name or avatar of the tenant. In the Tenant Details page, you can create payment requests and generate the statement of account of the tenant. This module is helpful in viewing information and completing transactions of past tenants that are not occupying a unit in your property.
