The photos uploaded by tenants can be viewed or downloaded in the system. Meanwhile, you can change the status of the complaints to either one of (pending, in progress, resolved, rejected)
to address their feedback and provide a quick resolution. The Activity area allows you to input internal comments or notes related to the complaint.
The tenant will receive an email whenever the status of complaint is changed.
