Using Spacepack the first time, you would need to set up several settings that work well with your property, like your property name, due date defaults, and finally, creating the organization of your units
Once your property is set up, you can now start creating and adding tenants to your units. For first time integrations, this would involve compiling all tenant information into an excel file, and we will be the ones adding your tenants in bulk.
Finally, you can start transacting through Spacepack. There are 3 core concepts that you should be aware of:
This involves all the manual actions that you can do as a lessor, including creating and accepting payments, create and terminate leases, and sending out announcements
Automated actions are all the events that occur within Spacepack that is not initiated by the lessors. This includes automated rental payment request creation, notifications, and sending out postdated announcements
If your tenant has chosed to activate their account on Spacepack, they can use our chatbots to query the details of the lease, as well as submit complaints that will notify the lessor.
