Jobs are automatic scheduled processes that make your property management experience seamless. It manages notifications, status updates, balance correction, lease administration, and more. Here is a short list of the most important jobs that run in the background:

Everyday, 8am

Notifications

• Overdue payments
• Due payments
• Upcoming payments (in 1 week)
• Upcoming payment request

Payments

• Create pending rental payment - If the due date has arrived, a pending rental payment is automatically created to reflect the pending balance of the tenant.

Monthly

Monthly Statement

A monthly billing statement is generated and sent to the Tenant. This includes all transactions, past amount due, and the current amount due.
