Dashboard

The dashboard shows the overview of the property’s core data and analytics including:

• Occupancy Rate or the number of occupied vs. vacant units.
• The number of upcoming, due, and overdue rentals.
• The number of open or pending complaints submitted by the tenants.
• The distribution of historical late vs. on-time payments per month.
• The lefthand side is called the drawer which contains all of the modules. This is consistent throughout the entire application for easy navigation.
• The righthand side contains the important dates for the following:
  • Upcoming End of Lease (one month buffer)
  • Upcoming Move Ins (one month buffer)
  • Due PDCs
  • Overdue Rentals
  • Rentals Due Today
  • Rentals Due Next Week
